At Rain and Shine Workwear Australia we always pack your order securely to minimise any damage in transit to you.

Before you finalise your order on line, always double check your order, your billing and delivery address, contact phone number, and also ensure that you include where required your detailed delivery instructions when placing your order with us. Should we have any questions about your order or delivery instructions we will contact you.

General Information

- Rain and Shine Workwear Australia endeavours to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock, however, there may be times when products are out of stock due to issues that are beyond our control.

If any product/s ordered are not available at the time of your order, we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to advise you of any unavailable product and provide you with the following three options:

1. Identify a satisfactory substitution for the product ordered.

2. If we know when the product you have ordered will be available and it is acceptable to you, we will hold your order until we have the product in stock, then dispatch your order.

Please note - we only supply the products offered on this website if you live within Australia and we are unable to accept international orders.
