DELIVERY POLICY

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

When you place an order with Rain and Shine Workwear Australia and pay with your Credit Card either through our secure payment gateway or through Paypal, once payment has been accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation and copy of your order sent to your nominated e-mail address. By entering in your Credit Card details and ordering from Rain and Shine Workwear Australia you are agreeing to the Terms of Usage and Conditions displayed on this website.

Your order is then processed and if there is a special request or need noted by you when you order, we will contact you either by e-mail or phone, if not your order will be packed and dispatched.

Generally orders received before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched on the next day, except on Saturday, Sunday and gazette public holidays, in which case your order will be dispatched on the next business working day.

Charges

- Orders below the value of $120.00 including GST incur a minimum shipping fee of $10.00 including GST.

Orders over the value $120.00 including GST there is no handling and administration fee charged.

For larger orders or when shipping to farther reaching areas of Australia, or if the shipping costs exceeds the minimum shipping fee, we will contact you prior to completing the order.

Delivery

All online workwear orders are sent via Australia Post to your nominated delivery address. From the time we dispatch your online workwear order please allow between 3 to 5 business working days for your order to be delivered within city and suburban areas of Australia. Delivery to rural and country areas in Australia may take longer than 3 to 7 business working days to be delivered. Orders delivered to you by Australia Post.

We can send your order to your home address, P.O. Box, place of employment or any other nominated address within Australia, however, if you are not available to take delivery of your order, normally an ‘Australia Post parcel pick up card’ or ‘unable to deliver call card’ will be left for you in your letterbox or under your front door advising you to either collect your order from your local post office.

Generally orders that cannot be delivered to you as there was no one in attendance to accept delivery will need to be collected from the closest Australia Post Office Shop - Australia Post do not redeliver orders after the first attempted delivery has been unsuccessful and Rain and Shine Workwear Australia does not cover any additional costs of redelivery if you organise this with your local post office.

Important Note - Should you wish to have the order left unattended - such as at the front door of your home, please ensure that you note this in the special instructions panel when you place and confirm your order on our shopping cart. If you do instruct us to arrange for the order to be left unattended you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that under no circumstances will Rain and Shine Workwear Australia accept no liability should the order go missing from where it has been asked to be left, when it has been confirmed as delivered by Australia Post.

Please also be aware that delays in the delivery of your order may occur because of public holidays or any industrial disputes experienced by Australia Post.
