Delivery

All orders are sent via Australia Post to your nominated delivery address. From the time we dispatch your order please allow between 3 to 5 business working days for your order to be delivered within city and suburban areas of Australia. Delivery to rural and country areas in Australia may take longer than 3 to 7 business working days to be delivered. Orders delivered to you by Australia Post.

Charges

Orders below the value of $120.00 including GST incur a shipping fee of $9.95 including GST.

Orders over the value $120.00 including GST there is no handling and administration fee charged.

Returns

Returns are accepted for faulty goods purchased online within 20 days from date of purchase. In order to return or exchange goods products must be in the same condition as originally received and include labels and tags attached.

Overview

Rain and Shine Workwear Australia offer an embroidery service for all your PPE, Workwear and Business Wear.

Embroidered logos and designs can be applied to almost all Workwear garments such as jackets, shirts and pants.

What do we need from you?

To provide a quote we require:

The Workwear garments (SKUs) and associated quantities you want embroidered. - typically a minimum quantity of 10 items applies
A high resolution digital image of your logo (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PDF or EPS).

Cost and Lead Time

Artwork Preparation

There is a one off charge of $66 (inc. GST) to digitise your logo.

Embroidery

Cost per garment is $6 (inc. GST) for a single standard logo.

Lead Time

On artwork approval, lead time is approximately 5-10 working days.
